Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you. Delivery takes between 5-7 business days depending on your location. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Up to 7 days after shipment
• If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email please contact us at  support@sewrooted.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you. Also contact the carrier for the latest update.

 International Orders

• For international orders please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.
• Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sew Rooted is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Holiday Orders

• To do higher demand during then holiday season, try to place order 3-4weeks ahead of time to ensure that arrive in time for your festivities.
